New Plan
Create a brand new flight plan. This is not the same as the Flight planner, it simply resets the current flight plan and allows you to create a brand new one.
Open Plan
You can open a currently loaded flight plan into courseplanner. Many formats are supported.
If the simulator is running at the same time, Courseplanner will offer to load the plan and move the plane to the departure runway.
Save Plan
You can save a currently loaded flight plan in any format.
Save Plan as...
Save the currently loaded flight plan to another filename and/or format.
Note
Some file formats have the same file extention[1], for example MSFS2004 and MSFSX both use the .pln extension.
Make sure that you select the correct file format before creating/opening a flight plan.
