Courseplanner Flight following

Flight following is a setting to ensure that the aircraft remains visible even while moving. When the aircraft approaches the edge of the map it is re-centred to ensure that it is always visible.

Note
- Flight following is disabled when the simulator is not running.
- You can see the limits/border of flight display by changing the display option[1].
