General
By default Courseplanner will check online for new versions from time to time. You can set courseplanner.
Settings
- Update URL: This is the destination server where we will query for version number. If you change that value then courseplanner will probably not be able to tell if you have the latest version or not.
- Automatic Update Check: If checked you want Courseplanner to check for new versions at regular intervals.
- Days: Set how often you want to check for new versions.
Check Now
With this setting you can get courseplanner to check for a new version online. It will use the url given above. If a new version is available you will be taken to the download site.
Note
- Courseplanner will always ask you before connecting to the internet
- The application will query the server for the latest version number and compare it with it's own version. If the versions do not match you will be prompted to download the new version.
- No private information, (email, name, and so on), is sent to our server(s).
