Flight plan

You can manually create a flight plan by setting a departure and arrival airport or you can use the flight planner to automatically create a flight plan for you.

You can also open an existing flight plan, (either .cppln or the flight simulator .pln type).

Insert a waypoint

Ton insert a waypoint simply select the tracking cursor and grab the line between the two waypoint you want to insert. Then, while holding the left mouse button down^[1] move your mouse to the new waypoint you would like to insert.

Replace a waypoint

To replace one waypoint with another simply grab then waypoint you want to replace and, while holding the left mouse button down^[1], move the mouse to the new waypoint you would like to replace it with.

Delete a waypoint

To delete a waypoint simply select right click^[1] on the flight plan list, (selecting the waypoint you want to delete) and select the delete option.

Note

• If you release the mouse button where there are no valid navaid then nothing will happen.
• If the map is decluttered you will not see any navaids that are not part of the current flight plan.
• You cannot insert an airport point.
